The week / program

The rhythm is simple. The standard is not.

Monday through Sunday, the program connects skill, safety, Scripture, and the next shift.

Weekly rhythm

A week that teaches the whole person.

Year one is explicitly not a TDLR-licensed trade school. It is a pre-apprenticeship + life-formation academy that feeds employer apprenticeships, community college or TDLR/TSBPE pathways, and church-connected shops.

MON–THU

Shop or jobsite

6–8 hours

FRIDAY

Half skill, half keep-the-job class

Code, communication, habits

SATURDAY

One life skill only

Oil, tires, money, interviews, work habits

SUNDAY

Worship with a partner church

A named mentor and a place to belong

Keep the job

Friday is not a lecture. It is where the student learns to arrive on time, read a room, take correction, speak clearly, and finish what they started.

Small cohort. Real attention.

8–12 adults, not 40.

One cohort proven before scaling churches. The crew stays small enough to know who is safe, who is stuck, and who needs a call from a mentor.
