For partner churches

Make Sunday part of the job.

This is extraordinary community outreach: a church workforce ministry that grows the congregation while strengthening the community.

Pick ONE role

Partnership is clearer when it has a name.

Churches do not have to do everything. Choose one role and do it true.

Sending church

Refers 1–2 people, prays by name

Host church

Provides shop, classroom, or Saturday bay

Receiving church

Provides Sunday home + mentor couple

Employer church

Member-owned trade company hires

Feeding church

Provides Saturday or Friday meals

Concrete asks

Give people, space, or mentors — not just money.

The contractors in your pews are the job engine. Sunday is already built in. Your church can help a young adult stay safe, stay coached, and stay connected.

Objections, answered

Good questions are part of the work.

“We have no missions budget.”

This is local mission with names and jobs. Give people, space, or mentors — not just money.

“They won't stick.”

We measure completion and jobs. Students sign a covenant. A named mentor calls when they vanish.

“What about liability?”

We carry insurance and a signed covenant. Students work within a supervised path; Fair Start is not a licensed trade school.

“Is this social gospel?”

Paul made tents. Jesus was a carpenter. We preach Christ and teach people to work.

One role is enough to begin

Bring one pastor and one tradesman.
